Need to catch up....

How to fit 3 months worth of stuff into one blog post??? Aubrey is transforming into a little ball of personality. Her daddy's cute laid back persona with her momma's attitude! We had our close friend, Katie Kirby Trahan's wedding in June in Baton Rouge. Aubrey was a dancing machine at he wedding reception.

Aubrey turned 2 on July 15th and had an awesome ELMO birthday party. Despite the heat, it was a great time filled with a bounce house, Elmo cake and dress, lots of toys, friends, and family.

Aubrey changed classrooms at preschool on August 18th and you would have thought she was going to Kindergarten with the school supplies we bought. She made the transition with a breeze and loves her new teacher, Ms. Susan. She made a construction paper school house on the first day in her new room. When you open up the school door, it has a picture of Aubrey. She would say "Momma, Where's Aubrey?" and I would say "I don't know". Then she would open up the door and say " There she is!!!".

This past weekend, I drove a group of people on the church bus and took Ken and Aubrey. She was sooooooo excited to get to ride on the BUS! We sang "The wheels on the bus" a thousand times. Now every time we pull in the church parking lot she wants to ride on the "fun bus". We also had Family Fun Day at church on Saturday. We couldn't peel her away from the inflatable slide...
